postqueen is a social media scheduler operated by Forceplay OÜ. This page states how we expect the product to be used, what is forbidden, and what happens when those rules are broken. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What postqueen is

postqueen is a social media scheduler. You connect social accounts, prepare posts, put them on a calendar and publish them at the times you choose. Publishing uses each network's official API.

AI drafts, not unsupervised posting

The product can suggest captions, images or other draft material. Those suggestions are drafts. You review them, you choose whether to schedule them, and you remain responsible for the content that is published from your account. The service does not add a separate technical approval gate on top of scheduling. A scheduled post publishes at its time unless you edit it, move it or pull it back to draft first.

Official platform APIs

Channels are connected through each platform's official OAuth wherever the platform offers it, and published through that platform's official API. You must follow the rules of every network you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok Developer Terms and the X Developer Agreement, together with each platform's policies on spam, authenticity and automation.

Rate limits

Your plan limits how many channels you may connect. Platform APIs apply their own rate limits and quotas. Using postqueen to evade those limits, to multiply traffic beyond what the platforms allow, or to run bulk unsolicited posting is forbidden.

Prohibited use

You may not use postqueen for bulk spam, platform manipulation, inauthentic engagement, bot farms, credential stuffing, scraping that the platforms forbid, or any attempt to bypass security, quotas or enforcement. You may not instruct an assistant or script to do any of those things through our API or dashboard.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate an account that breaches these rules, our Terms of Service, or a connected platform's terms. We may also suspend access where a platform revokes API access or requires us to stop a use. Unless the law forbids it, we tell the account owner by email what we did, why, and how to challenge it, and a person reviews every challenge sent to support@postqueen.ai.

Reporting

To report abuse of postqueen or content you believe is illegal, for example in a public preview link, email support@postqueen.ai with the link, why you believe it breaks the law or these rules, and your name and email address. A person reviews every report, confirms receipt and tells you the outcome. Section 15 of the Terms of Service describes the full notice process under the EU Digital Services Act.
