Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage do the same job in a different place, and a script that makes your browser send details about your device or your visit counts too. The ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Estonian rules that implement it allow us to use these without your consent only when they are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, such as signing in or remembering a setting you chose. On the website, in the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, nothing beyond the strictly necessary runs until you allow it. Everywhere else, the optional tools listed below run from your first visit until you turn them off. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time with Cookie Settings in the footer. This page lists everything the website postqueen.ai and the app at app.postqueen.ai use. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. The website, postqueen.ai
On your first visit a banner shows your choices. “Necessary only” and “Accept all” are equally easy, and “Cookie settings” lets you choose each category.
- In the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Türkiye, nothing optional runs until you turn it on.
- Everywhere else, the optional tools run until you turn them off, and turning them off stops them at once.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we ask first, wherever you are.
We tell where you are from the country of your IP address, which our host Vercel gives us with each request. Nothing else about your location is used or kept. Your choice is kept for 12 months before we ask again.

Affiliate links are strictly necessary: which affiliate sent a customer is what that affiliate is paid on, so these records are kept whatever you choose in the banner. Dub’s script loads only on a visit that comes through an affiliate’s link. The cookies hold the affiliate’s code and the click ID, not your name or contact details. Dub records the click itself (your country and city from your IP address, your browser and device, and the site that sent you) to show us and the affiliate how the link performs.
The website has no sign-in, runs no advertising pixels, and loads no social media or advertising trackers. Links from this website to the app carry tags that show which button you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and, if you arrived through an affiliate’s link, that affiliate’s code (ref). Apart from the cookies above, nothing about them is stored on your device by this website.
2. The app, app.postqueen.ai
The app uses cookies and browser storage to sign you in, keep your account secure, take payment and remember settings you chose. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no advertising or analytics scripts other than Dub’s affiliate script. When you subscribe, the app reads the click ID from the affiliate cookies in section 1 and adds it to your customer record at Stripe.

When you choose Sign in with Google or connect a social network, you are sent to that provider’s own site, which uses its own cookies under its own policy.
Local storage in the app
The app also keeps a few entries in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device until you clear them:
- Your settings: i18nextLng (the language you picked), dateFormat and isUS (how dates and times are shown), and whether onboarding tips, calendar hints and sidebar groups were dismissed, seen or opened.
- Sign-up and checkout steps: selectedPlan and selectedPeriod (the plan you picked on our website, so the trial screen can preselect it) and returnUrl (the page to return to after sign-in, removed once used).
- Where you came from: utm (the campaign or affiliate code in the link you arrived with, passed to the checkout page), landingUrl (the address of the first app page you opened) and referrer (the site that linked to it). The last two are not sent to us or to anyone else.
3. Changing your choice
Change or withdraw your choice for the website at any time here: . The same button is in the footer of every page. Withdrawing takes effect at once, and turning a category off also deletes the cookies it set. You can also delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones in the app will sign you out or stop sign-in from working.
4. Changes and contact
We update this page whenever the cookies or storage we use change, and if we add something optional to the website, we ask for your consent again first wherever the law requires it. Questions: support@postqueen.ai.
