Delete My Account

You can permanently delete your postqueen account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to your postqueen workspace.
2. Open Settings → Account.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you cannot access your account, email support@postqueen.ai from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify ownership and confirm deletion.

What happens when you delete

• Your sign-in is disabled immediately and scheduled posts are canceled.
• OAuth tokens for connected social channels are revoked and removed.
• Personal data, content and media are deleted or anonymized within 30 days across our systems and backups.
• Invoices and payment records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
