1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using postqueen.ai ("postqueen", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms. If you use postqueen for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

2. The service

postqueen is a social media scheduling platform: you connect social channels, create or generate content, and postqueen publishes it on your behalf at the times you choose. The product core is open source; these Terms govern the hosted cloud service at postqueen.ai. Self-hosted installations are governed by the applicable open-source license, not these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete My Account.

4. Connected social accounts

You authorize postqueen to access the channels you connect and to publish the content you schedule. You must comply with each platform's own terms; platforms may change or revoke API access at any time, which can limit features outside our control.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant us only the license needed to store, process and publish it as you direct. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish.

6. Payments and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. If you are an EU/UK consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of first purchase; by starting to use the service immediately you acknowledge withdrawal ends once the service is fully performed. Refund requests: support@postqueen.ai.

7. Fair use and prohibited conduct

No spam, platform manipulation, undisclosed automation abuse, or evading platform rules.
No illegal, infringing, hateful or deceptive content.
No attempts to breach, overload or reverse the security of the service.
API usage is subject to published rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. AI features

AI-generated drafts, images and videos are suggestions; review them before publishing. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish.

9. Open source and third parties

The postqueen application core is available under its open-source license at GitHub. Third-party platforms and services integrated with postqueen are governed by their own terms.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees on self-serve plans. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.

11. Intellectual property

The postqueen name, logo and this website are our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers our IP to you, except as provided by the open-source license of the application core.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or platform-side actions (such as a social network suspending your account). Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach, illegal use or extended non-payment, with notice where practicable.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
