NEW: the postqueen MCP server is live. Connect it in a minute

Schedule social media with Cursor

Manage your channels from the same editor you build in. Cursor's agent drives postqueen over the CLI or MCP.

What is Cursor?

Cursor is the AI code editor with an agent mode and MCP support. Developers already live in it, so connecting postqueen means release notes, launch posts and changelogs can be scheduled without leaving the editor.

In-Editor Scheduling

Ship the release and schedule the announcement in the same breath, from the same window.

MCP Support

Add the postqueen MCP server to Cursor and scheduling becomes a native tool call.

Repo-Aware Posts

Let the agent read your changelog and turn it into platform-ready posts automatically.

How Cursor works with postqueen

Use the CLI from Cursor's agent terminal, or register the postqueen MCP server for tool-based access.

Frequently asked questions

MCP settings or the agent terminal?

MCP for everyday use: the tools appear in Cursor's own agent panel and you describe what you want. The terminal is there when you want a specific command, or when you are writing a script that has to run again next release.

Can it read my changelog and write the posts from it?

That is what makes an editor a good place for this. The agent already has the diff and the changelog open, so "announce this release" starts from what actually changed rather than from a summary you retype.

Will my API key end up committed to the repo?

Not if you put it where it belongs. Cursor's MCP configuration lives in your editor settings, outside the working tree; if you use the terminal route instead, export the key in your shell rather than writing it into a file in the project.

Does every developer on the team need their own key?

Each person connects with a key from your postqueen account, and revoking one cuts off that connection alone. Growth plans and above include unlimited members, so this is an access question rather than a billing one.
