## About PostQueen.

### What can my agent do once it is connected?

It can list your channels, schedule posts to one network or many, add media from a link (or, in Claude and ChatGPT, from your device), generate images and videos, and read your analytics, including your top posts. Over MCP it cannot delete a post; that stays with you in the app. The CLI and the public API can delete.

### Which AI agents work with PostQueen?

Any agent that supports MCP or can run a command. That includes Grok Bot, Muse, OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Cowork, Grok, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Grok Build, VS Code, Devin Desktop and Zed. In chat apps you paste one address.

### Will it publish without asking me?

Only when you tell it to schedule. Ask for drafts and they wait on your calendar until you schedule them yourself.

### Do I have to share my social passwords?

Not for most networks. You sign in on the network’s own screen and PostQueen keeps the access token it issues, not your password. A few networks have no sign-in screen: Bluesky takes an app password, Nostr a key and WordPress an application password. Your AI agent never sees any of them.

### Which networks can I post to?

30+, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord and Google Business. Posts go out through each network’s official API wherever it has one.

### Which networks have analytics?

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn Pages, Facebook Pages, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business. You see each account and each post for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, depending on the network.

### What counts as a channel?

One connected profile, page or server. Three Facebook pages are three channels. Posts are unlimited on every plan.

### What is in the free trial?

You try PostQueen for 7 days. A card is required to start, you pay $0 today, and you can cancel in one click before the trial ends. Three things unlock when your paid plan starts: connecting X, AI video and the in-app AI Copilot.

### What if it is not right for me?

Cancel in one click on the Billing page. During the trial that costs nothing, and after it your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. To ask for a refund, email [support@postqueen.ai](mailto:support@postqueen.ai) with your invoice number; section 9 of our Terms has the rules.

## Plans and pricing.

### What counts as a social account?

Each profile, page, channel or server you connect. Three Facebook pages are three accounts. Posts are unlimited on every plan; X posts use credits.

### Can I change plans later?

Yes, on the Billing page at any time. An upgrade, or monthly to yearly on the same or a higher plan, is charged the prorated difference and applies once paid. A downgrade, yearly to monthly, or monthly to yearly on a cheaper plan applies when your paid period ends, with nothing charged or credited.

### What do AI credits pay for?

The AI features (the Copilot, writing, images and videos) and activity on X, such as posts, reposts, mention lookups and analytics refreshes. A medium AI image uses 2 credits, a 5-second AI video uses 20, and each post to X uses 1 credit, or 10 with a link. Pro includes 600 credits a month, Creator 60, Growth 200 and Ultimate 1,200. Every paid plan also gets 5 bonus credits each month once the trial is over.

### Do unused AI credits roll over?

Every plan adds its credits once a month, yearly plans too, so Pro adds 600 credits each month. A new month’s credits replace what is left of the last month’s. The trial includes one month of your plan’s credits, and bonus credits end with each month.

### What if I need more credits?

Buy a credits pack on the Billing page: 100 credits for $15, 500 for $60 or 1,000 for $100. Bought credits stay usable for 12 months.

### How do I cancel?

One click on the Billing page, with no call and no email. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing.

### Can I get a refund?

We refund up to one month of plan fees per account, if the account’s last charge was within the past 120 days. Yearly charges are not refunded under this rule, but the right of withdrawal and your other legal rights still apply: consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK can withdraw within 14 days of signing up and get everything back. Email support@postqueen.ai with your invoice number.

### Do I get invoices with VAT?

Yes. Invoices come from Forceplay OÜ in Estonia and include VAT where it applies.

### Do you have custom plans for large agencies?

Ultimate has no account limit. For custom terms or invoicing, write to support@postqueen.ai.

## AI agents and MCP.

### What is an MCP server?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI agents use outside tools. The PostQueen MCP server gives your agent the tools to write, schedule and check your social posts.

### Which AI agents work with it?

Any agent that supports MCP. The guides above cover Grok Bot, Muse, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Cowork, Grok, Perplexity Computer, NanoClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Grok Build, Paperclip, VS Code, Devin Desktop, Zed and Muse Code, and any other MCP client can use the key link. Muse, Meta’s personal agent, has a guide too.

### Do I need to know how to code?

No. In Claude and ChatGPT you paste one address and sign in, in Grok you paste one link, and in Grok Bot you send it as a message. The terminal options are there for developers who want them.

### Is it safe to connect my accounts?

Your agent never sees your social passwords. It connects with your API key or a sign-in you approved. Whoever approved a sign-in can revoke it under Connections, then Approved Apps, and a workspace admin can rotate the key at any time. Every post goes through the network’s official API. Posts land on your calendar first, where you can edit or delete them until they go out.

### Does it cost extra?

No. The MCP server is in every plan and posts are unlimited. After the 7-day trial, Pro is $49 a month, or $33 a month billed yearly.

### MCP or the CLI?

Use MCP if your agent supports it: it finds the tools on its own. Use the CLI for agents that run commands in a terminal.

### Sign in, or use a key?

Claude, Cowork and ChatGPT can sign in to PostQueen at https://api.postqueen.ai/mcp-oauth-dynamic, so no key sits in the link. The other guides use your key: in the address https://api.postqueen.ai/mcp/YOUR_API_KEY, or with https://api.postqueen.ai/mcp and the header Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY. Only workspace admins can see the key or approve a sign-in. The key address has 23 tools and the sign-in address 22, all but ask_postqueen.

## Your data and security.

### Where is my data stored?

The app, its database and its scheduler run on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Your uploaded media and the backups are stored in the EU with Cloudflare.

### Is PostQueen GDPR compliant?

We are an EU company and the GDPR applies to everything we do: a clear legal basis for each use, your rights built in, EU hosting, contracts with every processor and breach notice within 72 hours. Business customers get our Data Processing Agreement with the Terms.

### Do you sell my data or use it for ads?

No. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

### What happens when I use the AI features?

Your request, the post text or media you choose, and for the AI Copilot the names and statistics of the channels it reads, go to the AI provider only to produce the answer or the image, video or narration you asked for, and for nothing else.

### What happens when I remove a channel?

We replace the access we stored for it at once, so PostQueen can no longer use it. For YouTube we also revoke our access at Google, unless another of your channels still signs in with the same Google account, and delete what YouTube gave us for the channel within 7 days. You can also revoke our access in the network’s own settings.

### How do I delete my account?

Choose Delete My Account in Settings. Identifying details are removed or replaced with one-way hashes at once, and the rest is erased within 30 days.

### Who can see my API key?

Only admins of your workspace can reveal or rotate it. Members see it masked. An AI agent that signs in instead needs an admin’s approval.

### How do I report a security issue?

Email [support@postqueen.ai](mailto:support@postqueen.ai) with the details. A person reads every report, and we fix what we confirm.

### Who makes PostQueen?

Forceplay OÜ, a software company in Tallinn, Estonia, registered since 2024 (registry code 17013892). Its founder, Gökhan KINAY, founded the mobile games studio Trifles Games in Istanbul and led a team of 14 there.

### Is postqueen.ai the official PostQueen site?

Yes. PostQueen is at postqueen.ai, the app at app.postqueen.ai and the docs at docs.postqueen.ai. The CLI is the postqueen package on npm, and the Chrome extension is PostQueen on the Chrome Web Store.

### How do I reach a person?
