Make sure your Instagram account is a Business or Creator account. 2. In PostQueen, open Add Channel and pick Instagram (Standalone), or Instagram (Facebook Business) to connect through your Facebook Page. 3. Approve every permission you are asked for. 4. Switch to a Business or Creator account in Instagram first. - PostQueen converts PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF and TIFF images to JPEG. No. Pick Instagram (Standalone) to sign in with Instagram directly; it renews its own connection. Instagram (Facebook Business) connects through the Page your account is linked to, adds music on Reels, and needs a reconnect about every two months. Both need a Business or Creator account. ### Can I schedule Reels and Stories, not just feed posts? Yes. Choose Reel or Story in the post settings. A Reel is one MP4 video. A Story can be a photo or a video, and several items in one story post go out as separate stories, in order. You can also publish trial Reels that reach non-followers first. ### Why was my Instagram image rejected? Instagram takes images up to 8 MB with an aspect ratio between 4:5 and 1.91:1, and it refuses files outside that. PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF and TIFF files are converted to JPEG for you, but BMP files are refused. Carousels need 2 to 10 items, captions can carry up to 30 hashtags and 20 @mentions, and every post needs at least one photo or video. ### Can my AI agent post to Instagram for me? Yes.
