## How to connect

1. Make sure the location is verified on Google.
2. Open Add Channel, pick Google Business and sign in with the Google account that manages it.
3. Choose the location. Every location in every account you manage is listed.

## Settings in PostQueen

An update, an event or an offer. Defaults to an update.

**Button**

Add Book, Order online, Shop, Learn more, Sign up or Call under an update or event.

**Button link**

Where the button takes people. Call needs no link: it dials your verified business number.

**Event details**

The event title and start and end dates are required. Add start and end times too, because Google expects them.

## Analytics

The dashboard shows daily website clicks, phone calls, direction requests and map views on desktop and mobile for each location, over 7, 30 or 90 days. Google Business has no numbers for single posts.

## Good to know

- Google accepts posts only for verified locations that you own or manage.
- Google may reject a post with a phone number in the text if it can’t match the number to your business.
- Some listings can’t publish posts at all. Google decides this per location.

### What can I post to Google Business?

### How long do Google Business posts stay up?

Google archives posts older than 6 months unless they have a date range, as events do.
